智能机器人技术在燃煤智慧电厂的功能设计与应用

摘    要:针对燃煤火力发电站,分析智能机器人技术在升压站、锅炉、汽轮房、输煤廊道和热网管道巡检,采样和存储样、无人化验和无人盘煤等应用场景下的功能需求、硬件和软件平台、工作原理和效益,揭示了智能机器人在燃煤火力发电生产现场应用有助于实现"无人运行,少人管理"的智慧电厂建设目标。结果表明,推荐在燃煤电厂生产现场部署13款智能机器人,可搭载的传感器23种,至少具有15种支撑性基础性能,实现26种功能。智能巡检和测量机器人具有工作标准化、全天候、全方位、全自主的智能安全监控与预警的特点,每年可发现各种故障百余次,减少损失100万元以上。

Function Design and Application of Intelligent Robot Technology in Coal-fired Intelligent Power Plant

Abstract:Aiming at the coal-fired power station,this paper analyzes the functional requirements,hardware and software platforms,working principles and benefits of intelligent robot technology in the application scenarios of booster station,boiler,steam turbine house,coal conveying gallery and heat network pipeline inspection,sampling and storage samples,unmanned test and unmanned coal pan. It reveals that the application of intelligent robot in the coal-fired power generation production site is conducive to the realization of "unmanned" Smart power plant construction goal of "operation,less people management". The results show that it is recommended to deploy 13 intelligent robots on the production site of coal-fired power plant,which can carry at least 23 kinds of sensors,have at least 15 kinds of supporting basic performance,and realize at least 26 kinds of functions. Intelligent inspection and measurement robot has the characteristics of work standardization,all-weather,all-round,all-round and autonomous intelligent safety monitoring and early warning. It can find more than 100 kinds of faults every year and reduce the loss by more than 1 million yuan.
