摘    要:采用溶剂热法,成功的制备了磺化聚苯胺(SPAn)包裹CdS纳米复合粒子。用TEM、XRD等手段对产物结构进行了表征,同时进行了UV-VIS以及电阻率的测试,研究其光学电学性能,并探讨了SPAn的浓度对产物的结构及光学、电学性能的影响。结果表明,SPAn/CdS纳米复合粒子具有优良的光学、电学性能。产物粒径分布均匀,随着SPAn用量的增加,复合粒子的粒径有减小的趋势,最小可达10nm左右;电导率则随着SPAn用量的增大而降低。

Abstract:The SPAn/CdS nanocomposites were prepared by solvothermal method.The structure of the nanocomposites was analyzed by XRD and TEM.The UV-VIS optical absorption and electrical resistance of the samples were also investigated.The results showed that the SPAn/CdS nanocomposites exhibit excellent photoelectrical properties.The particals are in dimensional uniformity.The diameter of the nanoparticals decreased with the concentration of SPAn and so did the conductivity.
