藏区高校藏汉双语人才培养模式探析

摘    要:藏汉双语人才是藏区的紧缺人才。培养藏汉双语人才是藏区高校重要的义务和职责。现阶段藏区高校在藏汉双语人才培养中存在着专业结构单一、学生入学时文化和专业基础较差、双语师资缺乏且结构不合理、教学内容和教学方法针对性不强、实践环节薄弱等不足。为促进藏区藏汉双语人才的培养,藏区高校应在确立均衡化与技能化的人才培养目标、优化藏汉双语专业结构、藏汉双语专业课程设置差别化、增强藏汉双语专业修业时间灵活性、强化实践实训、培养多元化双语教师与管理人员、加强校地合作、双语人才培养定单化、加强基地建设等方面进行积极思考与探索。

Abstract:Relatively, Tibetan areas in China are short of Chinese -Tibetan bilinguals.To cultivate the Chinese-Tibetan bilinguals is one of the important duties of universities in Tibetan areas .But there still exist some problems , which include the following:incomprehensiveness in specialty , poorness in students'basic knowledge;insufficiency of bilingual teachers and unreasonableness in teacher structure;shortage in pertinence of teaching methods and contents; and weakness in teaching practice , etc.Therefore, in order to cultivate more Chinese -Tibetan bilinguals , the universities in Tibetan areas should do like these:optimizing the bilingual specialties , and diversifying the subjects , making the schooling length flexible , strengthening the teaching practice , cultivating the diversified bilingual teaching staff , promoting the cooperation between the universities and local government with the order -based training mode , as well reinforcing the construction of practice bases .
