自提升式可洗井注洗管柱的设计及应用

摘    要:针对渤海油田先期分层防砂注水管柱无法洗井的问题,研制出自提升式可洗井注洗管柱。该管柱在井内油管挂下部安装了一个液压提升装置,洗井时地面给液压提升装置供压使液缸上提,其下部注水管柱上的隔离密封提离隔离封隔器密封筒,从而建立起洗井通道;洗井结束后,利用注水管柱自重和地面供给的液压使其下部注水管柱下放,隔离密封重新进入隔离封隔器密封筒,实现层间封隔。现场应用结果表明,该管柱有效地解决了海上油田注水井洗井和防垢卡问题。

Design and application of injection-washing pipe string in self-lifting washable well

Abstract:A new type of injection-washing pipe string in self-lifting washable well was developed to slove the problem of well washing failure in layered sand control water injection pipe column. A hydraulic lifting device was installed in lower part of the tube in borehole, and hydraulic cylinder be leveled up driving by the hydraulic lifting device from ground in the process of well washing. An isolation seal located in the bottom of water injection string was used to separate packer and sealing cylinder in order to establish the washing well channel. After the well washing, the lower part of water injection column goes down because of water injection pipe string weight and hydraulic pressure supplied from ground, and the isolation seal enter into the isolation packer and sealing cylinder again to realize the interlayer separation. Field application results show that the use of this pipe string effectively solve the problem of well washing and scale prevention in injection wells of offshore reservoirs.
