乳化重油燃烧技术在轧钢加热炉上的应用

摘    要:为了减少燃重油轧钢加热炉有害排放物质对大气环境的污染,采用乳化重油燃烧技术对燃重油轧钢加热炉燃烧系统进行了改造.结果表明,乳化重油燃烧技术可起到节能降耗、改善环境及增加经济效益的作用.

Abstract:In order to decrease the extent of atmosphere polluted by emission of harmful gases and soot from heavy oil-fired rolling reheat furnace, ombustion system of heavy oil-fired rolling reheat furnace was redesigned by use of combustion technology of emulsified heavy oil. The results show that the measure has reduced consuming energy and forming amount of the harmful gases.
