| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨预防和减少脑卒中患者在住院期间发生安全意外的护理措施。方法：选择2003年1月至2004年10月脑卒中住院患者104例作为对照组,选2004年10月至2005年12月脑卒中住院患者108例作为观察组,对照组按神经内科护理常规进行护理,观察组在此基础上加卒中单元护理及安全意外的预见性护理措施,比较2组护理后安全意外事件发生情况。结果：观察组安全意外发生率明显低于对照组。结论：预见性的全方位安全护理措施能有效地减少和预防脑卒中患者安全意外的发生,改善患者的生活质量。
