铌钒微合金中碳钢的微观组织与强度的关系

摘    要:介绍了工业试制铌钒微合金中碳钢的微观组织与强度的关系。在Gladman中碳钢方程和实验结果的基础上,提出了屈服强度和抗拉强度的新方程。该方程与钢的成分、晶粒尺寸、铁素体体积百分数、珠光体片间距和析出物颗粒有关,理论计算的屈服强度和抗拉强度值与实验结果吻合。该方程不仅适合微合金中碳钢的铁素体和珠光体组织,而且也适合高碳微合金钢的珠光体组织和低碳微合金钢的铁素体组织。

Abstract:Microstructure-strength relationships in Nb-V microalloyed medium carbon steel industrially trial-produced are studied.New equations relating the yield strength and ultimate tensile strength to composition,grain size,volume fraction of ferrite,pearlite interlamellar spacing and precipitation, based on Glad mam's equations and experimental results,are put forward.The values of calculat ed yield strength and ultimate tensile strength coincide with experimental results.The equations suit not only ferrite and pearlite in microalloyed medium carbon steel but also pearlite in high carbon microalloyed steel and ferrite in low carbon microal loyed steel.
