摘    要:利用超声波纳米粉碎机制得无机复合纳米颗粒,通过选用合适的分散剂和采用超声波分散的方法,制备出悬浮性、分散性良好的油基纳米抗磨剂,采用摩擦试验机对所制备的产物的抗磨性与Al2O3、Si3N4纳米粉进行了对比试验及表征分析。结果表明实验制备的无机复合纳米颗粒相对于Al2O3、Si3N纳米颗粒具有更好的抗磨减摩性能,同时出现了负磨损现象,无机复合纳米粒子在摩擦副表面起到了修复作用。

Abstract:The inorganic nano-particle were prepared by ultrasonic nano-grinder and synthesized by laser grading analyzer and SEM. The anti-wear and friction reduction properties of the compound inorganic nano-particles and nano-Al2O3, nano-Si3N4 were evaluated in four-ball friction and anti-wear machine. The experiment result shows that the inorganic nanoparticles have excellent antiwear and self-repairing characteristics.
