光电通信吊舱内框架悬置系统设计与分析

摘    要:为避免光电通信吊舱的外界振动直接传至内框架的光电负载上而影响成像质量和跟踪精度,在光电吊舱内外框架之间加入弹性支撑隔振元件。建立内框架隔振系统的动力学模型,对耦合情况进行分析和解耦设计。应用能量法和Matlab语言编程对系统解耦率进行计算分析,验证所提出设计方法的合理性与正确性,研究结果为光电吊舱隔振设计方面的研究提供了理论基础。

Abstract:In order to prevent the external vibration from reaching the inner frame of the opto-electronic pod directly, which influenced the opto-eiectronic load's imaging quality and tracking precision, the elastic suspension damper was installed between outer and inner frames. The dynamics model of the inner frame vibration isolation system was set up, the coupling situation and the decoupling design were analyzed. Energy decoupling method and Matlab software were used to analyze the decoupling ratio, and the result proved the reasonableness and the correctness of the design. The research results provide a theoretical principle for the vibration isolation design of opto electronic pod.
