| 摘 要： | 目的:观察点刺放血结合壮医药线点灸治疗急性痛风性关节炎的疗效。方法:124例患者随机分为两组,观察组62例,以点刺放血结合壮医药线点灸治疗;对照组62例,单纯以西药治疗;观察两组治疗前及治疗后关节肿痛、血尿酸、血胆固醇及甘油三酯的变化及两组不良反应发生率的差异。结果:观察组与对照组疗效比较差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01);观察组和对照组治疗后关节肿痛、血尿酸、血胆固醇及甘油三酯差值比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组不良反应发生率分别为6.4%和30.6%,两组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:点刺放血结合壮医药线点灸治疗急性痛风性关节炎具有明显的疗效。
