| 摘 要： | 大西安都市圈地处陇海一兰新线(国家级经济发展轴线)与包北线(西部地区南北大通道)交汇区，已成为联系我国东、中、西三大地带并与世界发展接轨的核心经济区域．在分析大西安都市圈发展现状、存在问题及其比较优势的基础上，借鉴“长三角”与“珠三角”城市群发展经验，提出了大西安都市圈产业结构、空间布局及其城镇体系可持续发展框架，并针对发展矛盾拟定了区域性统筹管制措施．

| Abstract: | Xi'an metropolitan area is located on the intersection area of the Longhai-Lanxin railway(The National Class A Development Axis) and Baobei highway(The Passageway of West). It has become an important region which contacts east,centrol and west economic regions of China and links these regions with the rest of the world. By analysing the current situation, problems,comparative advantage of Xi'an metropolitan area and using the successful development experience of Changjiang River Delta Region and Zhujiang River Delta Region for reference, this paper outlines the sustainable development frame of industrial structure, spatial distribution planning and urban & town system for Xi'an metropolitan area and draws out regional governance measures for all kinds of contradictions of the regional develop-ment. |
