| 摘 要： | 本文在研究低碳城市内涵的基础上,结合厦门市空间形态、气候特征、人口分布等特点,就厦门市低碳城市建设,提出不同区域的规划策略。通过片区规划分解,将低碳城市的建设,按各片区的特点设定具体的规划建设要求,提出低碳生态城、低碳产业园、低碳农业园的建设规划。本文还从低碳建设项目布点、产业结构调整、可再生能源利用、低碳生活方式、生态城市建设、低碳技术研发等方面提出对策措施。本项研究工作,对厦门市在2020年实现低碳城市的规划目标,具有重要意义。
