复方18甲短效口服避孕药的副作用与机体某些因素的关系

本文调查了1,286名服用复方18甲基炔诺酮的育龄妇女,对其出现的类早孕反应、经血量减少、白带增多、体重增加等8项副反应,从服药年限、职业、年龄和子女数四个不同方面进行分析,发现经血量减少、早孕反应服药3年以内比服药多于3年的发生率明显增高(P<0.01);农民比工人、干部经血量减少发生率高(P<0.01);工人比农民、干部早孕反应发生率高(P<0.01)。其他副反应不受影响。

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE SIDE EFFECTS OF A SHORT TERM ORAL CONTRACEPTIVE-18-METHYLNORETHINDRONE COMPOUND AND SOME FACTORS OF THE BODY

One thousand two hundred and eight-six childbearing age women taking 18-methylnorethindrone compound were investigated, and the eight side effects such as early pregnancy reaction, hypomenorrhea, leukorrha-gia and increase of weight were analysed according to the years of administration, occupation, age and the number of the children. The result shows that the incidence ra'te of hypomenorrhea and early pregnancy reaction within 3 years administration of 18-methylnorethindronecom-pound is much higher than that over 3 years administration (p<0.01) ,the incidence of hypomenorrhea in peasants is much higher than workers and cadres (P<0.01) and the incidence of the early pregnancy reaction in workers is higher than peasants and cadres (P<0.01). And the otherr side effects have no affection.
