| 摘 要： | 目的探讨子宫内膜异位症患者的内膜组织中B细胞淋巴瘤／白血病－2（Bcl－2）蛋白的表达及其在子宫内膜异位症发病机制中的作用。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测40例子宫内膜异位症患者的异位内膜、在位内膜和40例正常子宫内膜中Bcl－2蛋白的表达情况。结果Bcl－2蛋白在子宫内膜异位症患者的在位内膜和异位内膜中的表达强度高于正常子宫内膜，而且在异位内膜中的表达强度高于在位内膜，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论Bcl-2在子宫内膜异位症的发病中可能有重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of B-cell lymphoma/leukemia-2(Bcl-2) protein in endometrium of patients with endometriosis and to explore its effect in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.Methods Immunohistochemical assay(SP) was used to detect the expression of Bcl-2 in eutopic and ectopic endometria in 40 patients with endometriosis and 40 cases of normal endometria.Results The expression intensity of Bcl-2 in eutopic and ectopic endometria of patients with endometriosis was significantly higher than that in normal endometria,furthermore,the expression of Bcl-2 in ectopic endometrium was significantly higher than that in eutopic endometrium(P<0.05).Conclusion Bcl-2 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of endometriosis. |
