| 摘 要： | 介绍了嘉兴电网基于多种接入技术的图像视频的输电线路状态监测系统的总体架构和基于IEB的PI数据访问服务以及系统物理架构。输电线路状态监测系统集成了多种图像视频的应用,在监控后台集中展示和分析,实现了多视角,多方位、全面而客观地展现电网的运行状态。

| Abstract: | This paper presents the overall fi＇amework of image and video based condition monitoring system for transmission lines, and system physical structure of PI （plant information） data access services based on web. The proposed condition monitoring system integrates data from multiple images and videos, shows and analyzes them in the back-end of monitoring system, which will be helpful to comprehensively and objectively display much more realistic operation conditions of power grid from several different perspectives. |
