自拟调脂汤联合辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症疗效观察

目的探讨自拟调脂汤联合辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症的效果。方法132例高脂血症患者分为对照组和观察组,每组66例;对照组给予辛伐他汀治疗,观察组在给予辛伐他汀治疗的基础上加用自拟调脂汤治疗;检测治疗前后2组血脂水平并判定疗效。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前2组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)和载脂蛋白B(ApoB)比较差别均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗后ApoA1与治疗前比较差别均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C和ApoB与治疗前比较均降低,HDL-C升高,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);对照组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C和ApoB与治疗前比较均降低,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),但HDL-C变化不显著,差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组TC、LDL-C和ApoB低于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),但TG、HDL-C和ApoA1比较差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自拟调脂汤联合辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症疗效显著。

Effect of serf-made Tiaozhi decoction and simvastatin on patients with hyperlipemia

Objective To study clinical therapeutic effect of self-made Tiaozhi decoction and simvastatin on patients with hyperlipemia. Methods One hundred and thirty-two patients with hyperlipemia were divided into control group and observation group,sixty-six cases in each group. The patients were treated with simvastatin in control group, based on this, the self-made Tiaozhi decoction was used in observation group. Therapeutic effect and serum lipids were analyzed. Results Total effective rate was higher in observation group than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were no significant difference in total cholesterol （ TC ）, tfiglyeride（ TG）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol （ HDL-C ）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol （ LDL-C ）, ApoA1 and ApoB between two groups before treatment （ P 〉 0.05 ）. After treatment, there was no significant change in APoA1 in two groups （P 〉 0.05 ） ,while TC ,TG, LDL-C and ApoB descended and HDL-C ascended in observation group （P 〈 0.05 ,P 〈 0.01 ） ;TC, TG,LDL-C and ApoB also decreased in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）, but HDL-C changed little and there was no statistical significance （P 〉 0. 05 ） ;TC, LDL-C and ApoB in observation group were lower than those in control group after treatment （P 〈 0. 05） ,but there were no significant difference in TG, HDL-C and ApoA1 between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Using self-made Tiaozhi decoction and simvastatin to treat the patients with hyperlipemia can obtain significant curative effect.
