| 摘 要： | 目的:比较不同血浆靶浓度瑞芬太尼在高血压患者全麻诱导中的应用.方法:选择择期全麻手术高血压患者60例,随机分为3组(n=20).分别设定瑞芬太尼血浆靶浓度为1、3、5ng/ml(R1、R3、R5),异丙酚血浆浓度为3μg/ml,与瑞芬太尼同时输注,患者意识消失后气管插管,记录患者意识消失时间及插管前后的收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压、心率.结果:R1组插管后SBP、SDP、MAP、HR均高于插管前,而R3和R5组插管后SBP、SDP、MAP虽有所上升,但较诱导前低,差异有显著性(P<0.05).结论:使用靶控输注瑞芬太尼与异丙酚在高血压患者进行全麻诱导,两者靶控浓度分别为3 ng/ml与3/μg/ml较适宜.
