摘    要:为提高电网设备元件参数和状态估计结果的准确性,介绍了适合南方电网的能量管理系统、BPA电力系统分析程序、保护整定系统的对象名称映射方法以及元件参数评价方法,建立跨专业的统一参数管理平台,横向协同运行方式和继电保护专业,纵向贯通多级电力调度,实现了跨专业的参数比对、可疑参数自动识别、可疑量测数据提示和区域厂站可疑情况分析等功能,给出以可疑厂站为引擎的状态估计维护方案。大量实践结果验证了所提方法正确、可行。

Abstract:For improving accuracy of power grid equipment component parameter and results of state estimation, this paper introduces an object name mapping method and component parameter evaluation method which can suit energy management system, BPA power system analysis program, relay protection setting system of China Southern Power Grid. It propounds establishing a spanning professional unified parameter management platform, lateral coordinated operation mode , relay protection profession and portrait through multistage power dispatching in order to realize functions of spanning professional parameter comparison, automatic recognition of suspicious parameter, automatic presentation for suspicious measure data and analysis on suspicious situation of area factory station and to put forward state estimation maintenance scheme which takes suspicious factory station as engine. Great quantities of practice results verify the method above is correct and feasible.
