医院科研论文投稿管理工作的实践与体会

Contribution management of medical research papers in a hospital of China

Medical research paper is an essential basis for reflecting the strength of hospital scientific research and evaluating the scientific research ability of the medical staff.It is also one of the effective means for expanding academic influence and promoting overall development of the science and technology of the hospital.To increase the hospital scientific research strength and to strengthen the contribution management of hospital scientific research papers,various measures have been taken in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical College,such as establishing scientific research paper contribution system,regulating paper approval process,strengthening the ethics review of paper and formulating the punishment policy of paper re-submission and duplicate publication,which vastly improve the quantity and quality of the medical research papers.
