摘    要:目的 :为了解稳定性二氧化氯作为饮用水消毒剂的杀菌效果 ,进行实验室杀菌试验。结果 :该消毒剂 0 .5 mg/L二氧化氯对人工染有大肠杆菌的水样作用 10分钟 ,1.0 m g/L二氧化氯对人工染有大肠杆菌的水样作用 5分钟 ,其杀菌效果均达 0 cfu/10 0 m L。在 5~ 30℃、色度低于 15度、 p H6 .5~ 8.5条件下 ,含二氧化氯 2 mg/L的该消毒剂对人工染有大肠杆菌的水样作用 10分钟 ,其消毒效果均达 0 cfu/10 0 m L ,该剂量可用于 5~ 30℃、色度低于 15度、 p H6 .5~ 8.5条件下水的处理。

Abstract:In order to know the germicidal efficacy of stable chlorine dioxide as the disinfectant of drinkable water, germicidal test was carried out. The results show that when the water sample contaminated with Escherichia colitreated with chlorine dioxide 0.5mg/L for 10 min, 1 mg/L for 5 min, ther germicidal dfficacy attained 0cfu/100ml. Under the condition of 5~30℃? chroma under 15degree? pH6.5~8.5, 2mg/L chlorine dioxide with contacting time 10 min on Escherichia coli in water sample attained 0cfu/100ml. Methods: Kunming mice underwent subcutaneous injection of cortisone acetate so that pneumocystis carinii pneumonia was induced. Form the pulmonary impression by Giemsa's staining ,the cysts and trophozoites of pneumocystis carinii were found. Histological changes were studied on the usual paraffin section by three kinds of staining, including HE, PAS and GMS.Results:5weeks after the administration of drug, the cysts of pneumocystis carinii could be identified in the pulmonary impression. 7week later, the detectable rate was 81.82%. The histological changes included: early interstitial pneumonitis with infiltration of lymphocytes and monocytes, later interstitial pneumonitis being worse, and identification of foamy intra-alveolar exudates. With PAS staining, the exudates showed pink positive reaction. Black cysts were found in GMS staining section. Methods: all data were collected by question are investigation, data retrieval and on-the-spot investigation.Results:Three levels monitor network were built in all of 12 hospital. The everage infection rate was 2.84%. The infection rate of pediatry (3.98%) was the highest in all sections. The infection rate of lower respiratory passage (41.11%)was the highest in all body organs. There were no significence difference in seasons.Conclusion: The ways of monitor and control infection was still on the elementary Stage, Such as. data statistics, primary disinfection and isolation technology. The full-time manager of hospital infection was deficent , which ,should be paid more attention to.
