综放工作面护巷煤柱的留设研究与控制技术

摘    要:针对综放工作面厚煤层,过大的护巷煤柱造成煤炭资源浪问题,以串草圪旦煤矿6 102工作面为工程背景。结合运用理论分析、数值模拟与现场试验等方法,分析了不同宽度的护巷煤柱的应力及弹塑性区的分布规律,研究表明:(1)掘巷期间,随着护巷煤柱宽度的增大,6 103采空区侧的应力分布基本无明显变化,而6 102辅运巷道侧的应力分布为降低趋势,护巷煤柱中部应力叠加现象为降低趋势。(2)当护巷煤柱宽度大于15 m时,护巷煤柱两侧的塑性区范围基本无明显变化,护巷煤柱内的弹性区宽度随着护巷煤柱宽度的增大而增大。(3)回采期间,留设的护巷煤柱宽度大于14 m时,回采工作面附近的护巷煤柱存在弹性区,综合考虑合理的护巷煤柱的宽度为14 m。(4)现场实践证明巷道围岩得到了很好的控制。

Abstract:In view of the large thickness of coal seam in fully mechanized caving face and the waste of coal resources caused by excessive section coal pillars, the 6102 working face of Cuancao Gedan Coal Mine is taken as the engineering background. Combined with theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field test, the distribution laws of stress and plastic zone of different coal pillar widths are analyzed. The research shows that : (1) During roadway excavation, with the increase of section coal pillar width, the stress distribution of 6103 goaf side has no obvious change, while the stress distribution of 6102 auxiliary roadway side is decreasing, and the stress superposition phenomenon in the middle of coal pillar is decreasing, which can maintain the stability of section coal pillar. (2) When the width of the section coal pillar is greater than 15m, the plastic zone on both sides of the section coal pillar has no obvious change, and the width of the elastic zone in the section coal pillar increases with the increase of the width of the section coal pillar. (3) During the mining period, when the width of the reserved section coal pillar is greater than 14 m, there is an elastic zone in the section coal pillar near the working face, and the final reasonable width of the reserved section coal pillar is 14 m. (4) Field practice has proved that roadway surrounding rock has been well controlled.
