| 摘 要： | 矿产资源统计是掌控资源家底，维护国家能源安全的根本保障；是了解矿业权市场变化，掌握资源产供销渠道，更好发挥市场配置资源的重要基础。在落实生态文明建设总体方案的新时代背景下，围绕自然资源资产产权制度改革、自然资源有偿使用和完善中国特色社会主义制度等具体实践要求，梳理和总结了当前矿产资源统计的现状和存在的问题。结合自然资源部“两统一”职责，加快国家治理能力现代化，提出了完善矿产资源统计工作的建议，一是构建科学完整的矿产资源统计制度体系；二是建立统一的矿产资源统计指标和统计渠道；三是建立全链条管理的统计数据库；四是加大统计人才队伍建设，加强统计质量监控；五是强化矿产资源统计数据应用，服务国家高质量发展要求。
