重载高频伺服液压缸系统设计

摘    要:基于工况计算,确定了液压伺服缸主要参数,在结构设计上采用导向带承压串联密封结构,以满足活塞支承需要,能够实现高压密封并具有低摩擦特性。活塞杆端部连接采用小升角螺旋预涨紧结构以解决动态载荷作用下螺纹间隙问题。基于伺服缸流量需求设计了先导控制的并联伺服阀液压系统。测试结果表明,设计的伺服缸系统能够满足大规格阻尼器的振动试验需求。

Abstract:The main parameters of the hydro servo cylinder were defined by calculation,guide strip series sealing ring was designed to support the piston weight, meeting high pressure sealing requirements with low friction. A pair of washers with small helical angle was used to solve problems caused by screw clearance under dynamic force. Based on flow demand of the servo cylinder, a pilot controlled parallel servo valve hydraulic system was designed. The test results show that designed servo cylinder system can meet vibration test requirements for large size damper.
