行星式永磁体磁流变传动装置的传动特性研究

摘    要:对行星式永磁体磁流变传动装置进行了传动特性分析。传动装置采用圆筒型工作结构且励磁源设置为永磁体内置式,装置内部设置有可以自由旋转的磁管套组结构,增大了装置的输出转矩能力且传动特性稳定可靠,建立模型分析MRTD装置的输出转矩值的影响因素,研制了磁流变传动装置样机,并对样机进行了调速特性和调矩特性的测试。结果表明:该装置能有效传递扭矩,能有效调节滑差转速,通过控制内部磁场强弱进而调节输出转速大小。

Abstract:The transmission characteristics of planetary permanent magnet magnetorheological transmission device were analyzed.The transmission device had a cylindrical working structure and the excitation source was set as a built in permanent magnet.The device was provided with a magnetic tube set structure that could rotate freely,thus the device output torque ability was enhanced and the transmission was steady and reliable. The influencing factors of the output torque of the magnetorheological transmission device were analyzed through building model.A prototype of the magnetorheological transmission device was developed,and the speed and torque characteristics of the prototype were tested. The results show that the device can effectively transmit torque, effectively adjust the slip speed, and adjust the output speed by controlling the strength of the internal magnetic field.
