普鲁布考对急性冠脉综合征患者的内皮依赖舒张功能的影响

目的:观察普罗布考对急性冠脉综合征患者的内皮依赖舒张功能的影响。方法:急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者 51例,随机分为两组,普罗布考组(P组)和ACS常规治疗组(C组),采用夹心双抗酶联免疫法检测外周血氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL),应用高频超声测肱动脉内皮依赖血管舒张功能(FMD),用药治疗3月,观察治疗前、后上述指标变化。结果:P组与治疗前相比FMD明显升高(P<0．05),外周血中ox-LDL水平明显降低(P<0．01)。 P组与C组相比FMD明显升高(P<0．05),ox-LDL水平明显降低(P<0．01)。C组FMD、ox-LDL水平治疗前后无显著差异(P>0．05)。P组治疗后血浆ox-LDL与FMD呈负相关(r=-0．517,P<0．001)。结论:普罗布考具有抗氧化、降低ox-LDL水平,提高ACS患者血管内皮依赖舒张功能的作用。

Influence of probucol on endothelial dependent vasodilation reaction in patients with acute coronary syndrome

Objective: To study the influence of antioxidant probucol on endothelial dependent vasodilation reaction in patients with ACS. Methods: The 51 ACS patients were divided randomly into a probucol treatment group (P) and a routine treatment group (C) .Oxidized low-density lipoprotein (ox- LDL) was measured by sandwich ELISA method. The brachial arterial hyperemia-induced flow mediated dilation (FMD) and sublingual nitroglycerin (NTG) mediated vasodilation were measured by ultrasound cardiography. These variables were analyzed after received probucol 3 months. Results: The level of FMD significantly increased (P<0. 05), while the level of blood ox-LDL marked decreased (P<0.01) after 3 months in probucol group, compared with pretreatment and routine treatment group. The liner correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation (r=-0.517,P<0.001) between plasma ox -LDL and FMD in ACS patients after probucol treatment (r= -0. 517, P<0. 001). Conclusion:The endothelial function and endothelial dependent vasodilation reaction may be improved after probucol therapy in the ACS patients.
