中西医结合加磁热治疗结核性胸膜炎

目的:探讨中西医结合加磁热治疗结核性胸膜炎的疗效和病理机制。方法:将116例结核性胸膜炎住院患者按照信封法随机分为治疗组60例和对照组56例。治疗组采用抗结核(2HRZS/7HR)加患侧中药外敷并磁疗;对照组采用抗结核(2HRZS/7HR)加激素常规治疗。治疗后1、6个月评价两组症状缓解率、胸水吸收率和各组毒副反应发生率。结果:治疗组和对照组的症状缓解总有效率,治疗后1个月分别为88.3%和85.7%(P>0.05),治疗6个月分别为90.0%和82.1%(P<0.05)。对照组有18.3%出现不同程度的皮质醇增多症,治疗组无明显副作用。结论:磁疗加抗结核方案优于常规方案,可作为常规方案治疗失败病例的治疗方法。

Curative Effect Observation of TraditionaI Chinese and Westetn Medical Combined with Magnet Heat on Treating Tuberculoses Pleurisy

Objective:To investigate the curative effect and pathological mechanism of traditional Chinese and western medical combined with magnetherapy on treating tuberculoses pleurisy.Methods:116 cases of tuberculoses pleurisy were randomly divided into the treatment group(60 cases) and the contrast group(56 cases).The treatment group was treated by anti-tuberculosis medicine(2HRZS/7HR) cornbined with traditional Chinese medicine stuck on the affected part and magnetherapy for 30-40 minutes each day.The contrast group Was treated normally by anti-tuberculosis medicine(2HRZS/7HR) and hormone.The catabatic ratio of symptom,the absorptivity of liquid in thoraces and the occurrence ratio of side effect were evaluated after therapy for one month and six months resoectively.Results:The catabatic ratio of symptom in the treatment group and the contrast group after one month's therapy were 88.3% and 85.75% respectively(P>0.05).Those after six months'therapy were 90.0%and 82.15% respectively(P<0.05).The occurrence ratio of side effect in the contrast group was 18.3% with increased coaisol in different degree.There was no side effect in the treatment group.Conclusion:Magnetherapy combined with anti-tuberculosis medicine has better curative effect on symptom remission and side effect than the normal therapy method,and can be employed in the cases failed by normal therapy.
