摘    要:为应对大数据时代海洋信息化建设在海洋环境监测、海洋信息获取等方面的需求,分析总结海洋环境智能化监测与利用过程中存在的问题,并在此基础上开展海洋环境监测立体感知体系架构设计及关键技术研究,实现对多种海洋要素的立体、实时、原位在线监测,为实现智慧化的海洋开发与利用提供数据支撑,具有重要的战略和经济意义.

Abstract:In order to meet the needs for marine Informatization construction in marine environment monitoring and marine information acquisition in the era of big data,the problems in the process of intelligent monitoring and utilization of the marine environment are analyzed and summarized.On this basis,the architecture and key technologies of stereoscopic perception system for marine environment monitoring are discussed in detail.The research could realize the stereoscopic,real-time and in-situ online monitoring of various marine elements,and provide data support for the realization of intelligent ocean development and utilization,which is of important strategic and economic significance.
