| 摘 要： | 混凝土工程在海洋环境中会不断受到腐蚀,存在严重的安全隐患,涂层防护是目前应用最广泛的海洋防腐技术之一.以喷涂速凝橡胶沥青防水涂料为对象,研究了环氧树脂、氯丁胶乳、纳米Si02对涂料力学性能与防腐性能的影响,结果发现添加环氧树脂、纳米Si02能较大幅度提升涂料的强度、附着力及防腐性能,且不影响施工效率与存储稳定性.

| Abstract: | Concrete works are constantly corroded under marine environment and there are serious potential safety hazards.Coating protection is one of the most widely used marine anti-corrosion technologies nowadays.Taking spraying fast-setting rubber asphalt waterproofing coating as the subject,the article studies the influence of epoxy resin,neoprene latex,nanometer SiO2 on mechanical property and anti-corrosion performance of the coating.It turns out that the adding of epoxy resin and nanometer SiO2 can greatly improve the strength,adhesive force and corrosion resistance of the coating,while the construction efficiency and storage stability are not affected. |
