中药季节穴位贴敷防治支气管哮喘的机理研究

摘    要:[目的]观察通过对三伏、三九、春分、秋分四个节气,中药穴位贴敷治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。[方法]在每年的三伏、三九、春分、秋分节气,对门诊缓解期患者给予中药穴贴贴敷,并记录治疗前、后的临床症状、免疫检测数据及治疗后半年乃至一年远期临床症状改善情况。[结果]试验组与对照组治疗40天后临床疗效对比、免疫学数据对比有统计学差异(P<0.05),远期临床尚未发现统计学差异。[结论]支气管哮喘缓解期四季中药穴贴治疗,均收到了改善免疫、缓解症状的治疗效果。

Abstract:[Objective]Through the dog day,the Sanjiu,the vernal equinox,autumnal equinox four solar terms,acupoint sticking therapy for bronchial asthma clinical efficacy was observed.[Method]In the annual dog day,the Sanjiu,the vernal equinox,autumnal equinox solar terms,on the out-patients in remission to give medicine acupoint sticking therapy,and recorded before and after treatment of clinical symptoms,immunological detection of data and six months to a year after treatment,long-term clinical improvement of symptoms.[Results]Test group and control group 40 days after the clinical efficacy of contrast,immunological data contrast significantly different(P<0.05),long-term clinical not found statistically significant.[Conclusion]Four Seasons Chinese asthma remission Acupoint therapy,were received to improve immunity,ease the symptoms of treatment.The season has not yet found any long-term efficacy of treatment.
