SVT20旋转滴界面张力仪测量原理及影响因素分析

摘    要:测量界面张力的方法很多,但最受关注的是旋转滴法。SVT20旋转滴界面张力仪是从德国进口的测量界面张力的一种新型仪器,使用方便,操作简单,但是由于在测量界面张力的过程中影响因素较多,没有得到很好的应用。从转速、液滴体积及光源亮度的选择、气泡的影响和排除等方面,对如何使用SVT20旋转滴界面张力仪准确测量界面张力进行了试验。通过试验得到测量界面张力的转速范围为5 000~8 000 r/min、注入液滴的体积为0.3~0.8 μL时测量结果准确。理论上界面张力越低的驱油剂其驱油效果应该越好,在室内对一些表面活性剂进行了界面张力测量,并做了相应的岩心驱替试验,试验结果与理论相吻合。
