氨溴特罗口服液佐治小儿支原体肺炎疗效分析

目的探讨氨溴特罗口服液佐治小儿支原体肺炎的临床效果。方法选取本院2011年1月～2012年1月东莞市人民医院儿科的门诊治疗患儿93例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组47例,用阿奇霉素序贯加氨溴特罗口服液治疗,对照组46例,用阿奇霉素序贯加氨溴索口服液治疗,观察两组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96%,对照组总有效率为74%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论氨溴特罗口服液佐治小儿支原体肺炎,依从性好,可以明显缩短病程,提高治愈率。

Effect analysis of ambroxol hydrochloride and clenbuterol hydrochloride oral solution in the adjunctive treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ambroxol hydroehloride and clenbuterol hydrochloride oral so- lution in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods Ninety three outpatients in pediatrics of Dong- guan People＇s Hospital from January 2011 to January 2012 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 47 cases in treatment group were treated with sequential therapy with azithromycin and ambroxol hydrochloride and clenbuterol hydrochloride oral solution. 46 patients in control group were treated with sequential therapy with azithromyein and ambroxol oral solution. And the curative effect of two groups was observed. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 96%, that of control group was 74%, there was significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion With good compliance, ambroxol hydrochloride and elenbuterol hydrochloride oral solution can significantly shorten the course of disease and improve cure rate in the treatment of myeoplasma pneumonia in children.
