二甲双胍联合瑞格列奈治疗老年2型糖尿病患者的临床研究

目的探讨二甲双胍联合瑞格列奈治疗老年2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选取本院2010年11月～2012年4月老年2型糖尿病患者128例,随机分为两组。64例患者口服瑞格列奈为对照组,64例患者口服二甲双胍与瑞格列奈为观察组,疗程6个月,比较两组患者的临床指征、达标情况、不良反应情况。结果观察组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖均明显低于对照组,观察组空腹血糖达标率（93.8%）、餐后2h血糖达标率（92.2%）均明显高于对照组（79.7%、75.0%）,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组糖化血红蛋白低于对照组,观察组糖化血红蛋白达标率（87.5%）、不良反应发生率（10.9%）均高于对照组（78.1%、4.7%）,但差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论二甲双胍联合瑞格列奈治疗老年2型糖尿病的临床疗效显著,可明显提高治疗达标率,改善患者的临床病症。

Clinical research of metformin and repaglinide in treatment for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes

Objective To investigate clinical effect of metformin and repaglinide in treatment for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods One hundred and twenty-eight elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were selected in hospi- tal from November 2010 to April 2012, who were randomly divided into two groups. 64 patients oral repaglinide as control group. 64 patients oral metformin and repaglinide as observation group. Course of treatment was 6 months. Clinical indication, compliance, adverse reaction were compared between two groups. Results Fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose in observation group were significantly lower than control group. Fasting blood glucose tar- get rate （93.8%）, 2 h postprandial blood glucose target rate （92.2%） in observation group were significantly higher than control group （79.7%, 75.0%）, difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Glycosylated hemoglobin in observa- tion group was lower than control group. Glyeosylated hemoglobin target rate （87.5%）, adverse reaction rate （10.9%） in observation group were higher than control group （78.1%, 4.7%）, but the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Metformin and repaglinide in treatment for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes have remarkable clinical effect, which can significantly improve treatment compliance rate and clinical symptoms.
