| 摘 要： | 从建设工程施工项目管理中的人、机(物)、环境3个主要管理因素出发,分析了人与机、人与环境、人与物、机(物)与环境等关系对建筑工程施工中安全管理的本质影响。通过中国建筑工程施工管理中的实际情况,应用链杆平衡管理模型研究了建设工程施工中的人、机(物)、环境及其相互之间的平衡问题,发现用综合能力数来评价施工企业安全管理中的人、机(物)、环境的综合能力,能够最大限度地对安全管理资源进行合理配置。应用结果表明该模型是可行的。
