挤压铸造条件下铝基复合材料铸造流动性研究

摘    要:研究SiCp/A356铝基复合材料在铸造压力、碳化硅含量、金属模温和铸件尺寸厚度(代表凝固冷却速率)等不同工艺参数下的铸造流动性.结果表明,随着SiC颗粒添加量的增加,铝基复合材料的流动性呈现降低的趋势.而随着铸造压力的升高,复合材料的流动性呈现显著增加的情况.但当压力超过10 MPa以上时,其流动性并未有显著增加,仅是微幅增加而已.其次,增加模具的温度也可以增加铝基复合材料的流动性,尤其对薄件(厚2 mm)更为明显.

Abstract:The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of pressure process parameters, e.g., SiC_p content, metal mold temperature, squeezing pressure and casting thickness(representing cooling rate)on the fluidity of SiC_p/A356 Al-matrix composites. The experimental results indicate that the fluidity of SiC_p/A356 composites tend to increase with the increase of squeezing pressure. However, the pressure affecting on fluidity for SiC_p/A356.Above threshold limit value, the fluidity is not clearly increased. When the SiC_p content added is more than 5% for the SiC_p/A356 composite, the fluidity will decrease. In addition, the fluidity of composites is also increased with the increase of casting thickness for SiC_p/A356 composites (containing 2 mm casting).
