商陆茎色素对羊毛织物的染色性能

摘    要:从商陆茎中提取天然色素,用于羊毛织物的染色。研究不同色素用量、pH值、温度对羊毛织物染色性能的影响,探讨了商陆色素在羊毛纤维上的吸附机理以及染色织物的牢度。研究表明,羊毛织物的K/S值随着商陆色素量的增加而提高,当色素用量大于6%后,织物的K/S值基本不变。羊毛织物的K/S值随pH的升高而降低,当pH<3.5时,羊毛的K/S值较大,染色深度较深;当pH>4.5后,色素的上染率很低。染色温度低于60℃时,染色织物呈玫瑰红色,染色温度高于60℃后,染色织物偏黄色。低温染色时,织物的水洗牢度较低;高温染色时,牢度有所提高。

Abstract:Natural pigment extracted from Phytolacca was applied to wool fabric,and the dyeing property was investigated.The effect of dye bath pH valne,dyeing temperature and the amount of pigment on the dyed fabrics were analyzed.The adsorption mechanism of Phytolacca pigment on wool fabric and fastness of dyed fabrics were also investigated.The results indicated that K/S value of the dyed wool fabric increased with the increasing amount of Phytolacca pigment.When the amount of pigment was more than 6.0%,K/S values almost remained the same.The K/S values decreased with the increasing of dye bath pH values.When pH was smaller than 3.5,the colour strength values were greater;when pH value was higher than 4.5,the rate of pigment uptake was very low.It was found that while dyeing temperature was below 60 ℃,the color of dyed fabric appeared rose red,and the dyed fabric became yellowish when dyeing temperature exceeded 60 ℃.The washing fastness of fabric dyed in low temperature was lower,and was improved at high dyeing temperature.
