大型燃机集约化布置研究

摘    要:通过对一H级大型燃机电厂主要功能区的用地分析,结合相关规范和工程实例,分析出了影响厂区占地的五大因素,总结出了可集约化联合布置的五大区域和6个联合建筑实例,并提出了3个减小建(构)筑物间距突破口及5个紧凑集约化布置实例。通过一系列优化措施,该9H级燃机工程围墙内占地仅9.25 hm^2,比同等条件下2台9F级燃机用地节约1.18 hm^2。这为后续燃机电厂的用地集约化设计提供了借鉴方案。

Research on Intensive Layout of Large-scale Gas Turbine

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the land use of the main functional areas of a H-class large-scale gas turbine power plant,combined with the relevant specifications and engineering examples,this paper analyzed the five factors affecting the land occupation of the plant area,summarized the five areas and six examples of joint buildings that can be intensively arranged,and put forward three breakthroughs to reduce the space between buildings and five examples of compact and intensively arranged.Through a series of optimization measures,the enclosure area of the 9H-class gas turbine project is only 9.25 hm^2,which is 1.18 hm^2 less than that of the two 9F-class gas turbines under the same conditions.It provides a reference scheme for the subsequent land intensive design of gas turbine power plant.
