护士心理授权与同情心疲乏对职业认同的相关性研究

目的 探究临床护士职业认同现状及其影响因素。方法 采用社会人口学调查表、专业生活质量量表、心理授权量表及职业认同量表，对南京市某三甲医院1005名临床护士进行便利抽样调查，运用多元回归分析护士职业认同的影响因素。结果 护士职业认同总分为(104.49±19.54)分，处于中等水平；同情心疲乏总分为(47.69±10.35)分，心理授权总分为(42.59±7.31)分。多元回归结果显示：护士月收入水平、同情心疲乏和心理授权是护士职业认同的主要影响因素，共解释职业认同62.0%的变异量。结论 护理管理者应关注临床护士的职业认同，通过完善护士薪酬制度、降低同情心疲乏、提高心理授权水平，以提升护士职业归属感和职业认同感。

Correlation of psychological empowerment, compassion fatigue and professional identity among nurses

Objective To explore the status quo and influencing factors of clinical nurses'' professional identity. Methods A total of 1005 clinical nurses from tertiary grade A hospital in Nanjing were selected and investigated with social demographic questionnaire, professional quality of life scale, psychological empowerment scale and professional identity scale by convenience sampling and multiple regression analysis. Results The total score of professional identity was (104.49±19.54) at the moderate level. Besides, the mean score of compassion fatigue and psychological empowerment were (47.69±10.35) and (42.59±7.31) respectively. Multiple regression analysis indicated that the monthly income of nurse, compassion fatigue psychological empowerment were the major influencing factors explaining 62.0% of the variance for nurses'' professional identity independently. Conclusion Nursing managers should pay attention to the professional identity of clinical nurses though improving the salary system of nurses, reducing the perception of compassion fatigue and enhancing the level of psychological authorization, so as to improve the professional sense of belonging and professional identity of nurses.
