临床医学本科毕业生质量分析

目的：分析近3年海南医学院临床医学本科毕业生质量，为提高海南医学院临床医学教育教学质量提供依据。方法：收集2006～2007年海南省医师资格考试资料、2006～2008年3届临床医学本科毕业生全国硕士研究生考试资料、大学生4级英语（CET4）资料并进行分析。结果：2006年、2007年海南省临床医师参加全国执业医师技能考试和综合理论考试通过情况：海医学生与外院学生比较，2007年有统计学意义，海医学生的综合理论考试通过率下降最明显，有统计学意义（P=0．000）；外院学生的技能考试及综合理论考试通过率均呈下降趋势．也以综合理论考试通过率下降最明显，其差异均有统计学意义（P=0．006和P=0．000）。2006—2008届临床本科毕业生大学生4级英语（CET4）累计通过率分别为50．0％、62．1％和50．0％，其差异有统计学意义（P=0．004）。升研率分别为20．0％、60．7％、61．5％，其差异有统计学意义（P=0．000）。结论：海南医学院临床医学本科毕业生客观质量稳定。

Analysis of medical undergraduates' quality

Objective:To evaluate the medical undergraduates who graduated from Hainan medical college in recent three years in order to provide basis for improving teaching quality. Methods: Data about the physician qualification test results in Hainan Province from 2006 to 2007, medical undergraduates,master-applying test results and CET-4 results from 2006 to 2008 were collected and analyzed. Results: Compared with undergraduates of other medical colleges, our graduates have higher pass rate of physician qualification test, including theories test and skills test, with significant difference in 2007 in spite of an overall declining tendency. For our graduates, only theories test pass rate has significant decrease compared to 2006, while for graduates of other medical college in Hainan province, both theories and skills test pass rate showed significant decrease (P=0.000 and P=0.006). The accumulative pass rates of CET-4 from 2006 to 2008 are 50%,62.1% and 50% with significant difference among each other(P=0.004). The pass rates of master-applying test are 20%,60.7% and 61.5%,which are also significant different among each other(P=0.000). Conclusion:According to objective evaluation, our graduates have stable quality.
