淹没磨料射流切割金属材料特性分析

摘    要:以Q235钢板为样板,在完全淹没状态下,分析了切割靶距和切割速度对切割深度的影响,比较了不同喷嘴对钢板切割性能的影响,并得到在指定工况下切割钢板效果最好的喷嘴型号,最后在工程上常用的切割参数条件下提出一个预测切割深度的切割模型,为一般的工程应用提供了参考。

Abstract:On the submerged condition,we take the Q235 steel plate as a model,discuss the influence of target space,moving speed and nozzle parameters on the metal material cutting depth,and get the best nozzle models in cutting steel plate in a specific condition.At last,based on the commonly-used cutting parameters in the engineering application,a model for the prediction of the cutting depth was put forward.It can serve as a reference for general engineering applications.
