| 摘 要： | 探讨了二维ＣＮＣ激光切割技术在工程上的若干应用，研究了激光切割中钣金零件的输入及辅助设计、汉字及艺术图形文字处理、优化排样、激光切割工艺、数控自动编程及加工仿真等技术，开发了一个基于统一数据模型的集成ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＭ系统，阐述了该系统的结构功能，最后给出了系统运行实例。

| Abstract: | This paper is concerned with a number of engineering applications of 2-D CNC laser cut-ting.The input method and CAD of parts drawing for the metal sheet are studied and the in-put and processing methods and laser processing of Chinese characters and artistic graphicalcharacters are discussed.The 2-D automatic optimal nesting and the algorithm are studied.The technological features of 2-D laser cutting and the processing as well as the technologyof auto programming and cutting simulation on screen are investigated.A data model for 2-DCNC laser processing is developed and the internal dynamic data structure of the softwaresystem is abstracted. An applied CAD/CAM system for 2-D CNC laser processing has beenworked out.The structure and functions and examples of operation are described.Some con-clusions are obtained. |
