支原体IST培养结果及药敏分析

目的 :宫颈分泌物培养支原体及药物敏感试验。方法 :用支原体 IST试剂盒对 2 95份宫颈分泌物进行液体培养 ,凡阳性再作药物敏感试验。结果 :培养 2 95份标本支原体阳性 15 5份 ,阳性率占 5 2 .6 %。药敏 :普那霉素 (原始霉素 )、多西环素 (强力霉素 )、交沙霉素、四环素的敏感率均在 5 0 %以上。结论 :两种药物联合使用 ,效果更佳 ,支原体培养是诊断支原体对人体感染疾病重要方法之一 ,普那霉素、多西环素对支原体有较好敏感度 ,有推广价值。

Analysis of Mycoplasma IST Cultivation Results and Drug Sensitivity

Purpose To make cultivation of cervical secretions from mycoplasm with IST Test Kit and to do drug sensitivity tests. Methods By using mycoplasma IST Test Kit, fluid cultures of cervical secretions from 295 samples were made. Drug sensitivity tests were done based on the positive results of the cultivation. Results Of the 295 samples, 155 samples showed positive reaction to mycoplasm (the positive rate, 52.6 %). Drug sensitivity to pristinamycin, doxycycline, Josamycin and tetracyclin was over 50 %. Conclusion Combination of pristinamycin and doxycycline produced better results. Mycoplasma cultivation is one of the important ways to diagnose the diseases caused by mycoplasma. Pristinamycin and doxycycline show better sensitivity to mycoplasma and therefore should be used in routine examination.
