摘    要:加快制造设备互联,提高设备数字化、网络化程度,实现信息的实时传输、设备的泛在感知和数据的快速分析处理是智能制造的关键。基于工业设备上云总体框架,对工业设备上云中的工业数据采集和分析技术、异构网络融合技术、边缘计算和网络安全等关键技术进行分析。指出设备上云存在的问题,并展望了未来的研究方向。

Abstract:The key points of intelligent manufacturing are to speed up the interconnection of manufacturing equipment, improve the digitization and networking of equipment, realize real time transmission of information, ubiquitous perception of equipment and rapid analysis and processing of data.Based on the general framework of industrial equipment on cloud, the key technologies such as industrial data collection and analysis technology, heterogeneous network fusion technology, edge computing and network security in the industrial equipment on cloud were analyzed. The problems existed in the equipment on cloud were pointed out and the future research direction was prospected
