二氧化碳激光治疗喉气管狭窄疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨二氧化碳激光治疗喉气管狭窄的效果。方法利用二氧化碳激光在支撑喉镜下对10例喉气管狭窄的患者进行治疗。从影像学上获得治疗前后喉气管狭窄的最窄处管径的大小,并进行统计学分析。再利用大气道狭窄再通的判断标准判定治疗效果,并进行1年随访。结果10例患者通过二氧化碳治疗后喉气管狭窄的最窄处管径的大小明显增加,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(0.57±0.19)cm比(1.14±0.17)cm,t=-17.05,P〈0.01];利用大气道狭窄再通的判断标准判定治疗效果完全有效率达100%。随访1年无复发。结论二氧化碳激光治疗是治疗喉气管狭窄的有效措施之一。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of carbon dioxide laser therapy on patients with laryngotra- cheal stenosis. Methods Ten patients with laryngotracheal stenosis were treated by carbon dioxide laser therapy under laryngoscope. The narrowest diameters were measured before and after carbon dioxide laser therapy, respec- tively. The effect of therapy was judged by large airway recanalization judging standard. Follow-up was adopted. Results The narrowest diameters in patients with laryngotracheal stenosis after carbon dioxide laser therapy were higher than theirs before carbon dioxide laser therapy (0.57 ± 0.19)cm vs (1.14 ± 0.17)cm, t = - 17.05, P 〈 0.01 ]. The total efficiency of all patients were up to 100 percent by large airway recanalization judging standard. Follow-up one year, recurrent cases were not found. Conclusion One of effective measures is adopting carbon di- oxide laser therapy for patients with laryngotracheal stenosis.
