我校学生肺活量偏低的原因与对策

肺活量大小是反映人的体质好坏和心肺功能强弱的标志之一。目前在全国普通高校实施的《大学生体育合格标准》中,肺活量指数占学生体育成绩的15%。通过调研发现,我校男女学生肺活量均值低于正常值,其原因何在?笔者对此进行了浅析,并提出了对策。

Analyzing the Causes of Lower Vital Capacity of the Students in our College

Vital capacity (more or less) is one of the symboles which reflecting the goodness and badness of people's constitution, the strong-ness and weakness of people' s heart and lung. In the present "qualified standards of P. E. to college students" which is calling out among common institutions of higher learning all over the country vital capycity takes 15 percent of the total P. E. score of the student. By investigating we found that the vital capacities of the boys and girls in our college are lower than normal, what are the causes? The author simply analyzes it and make suggestions.
