从选钨锡尾矿中回收铜锌的研究

摘    要:对某钨锡多金属矿选钨锡的尾矿进行了回收铜锌的研究,研究确定了采用先浮铜后浮锌的优先浮选工艺回收铜锌矿物。在磨矿细度为-75μm占86%的条件下,用石灰作调整剂,硫酸锌作硫化锌矿物的抑制剂,Dy和丁基铵黑药作捕收剂浮选铜;用硫酸铜作铁闪锌矿的活化剂,石灰作黄铁矿等硫化矿的抑制剂浮选锌。在给矿铜锌品位分别为1.42%、2.78%时,获得铜精矿品位23.85%、回收率90.02%,锌精矿品位45.02%、回收率85.18%的良好指标。

Study on recovery of the copper and zinc from tungsten tin tailings

Abstract:Recovering copper and zinc from the tailings of tungsten and tin in a polymetallic ore, the first copper after zinc flotation process was used. In the condition of grinding fineness -0.075 mm 86%, lime was used as the regulator, ZnSO4 as the depressant, and Dy and (C4H9O)2PSSNH4 as the collector in copper flotation. CuSO4 was used as activator of marmatite and lime as the depressant of pyrite in zinc flotation.When the feed grade was 1.42%Cu and 2.78%Zn,a Cu concentrate with grade 23.85% and recovery rate 90.02%,and a Zn concentrate with grade 45.02% and recovery rate 85.18% were obtained.
