Design and implementation of NETMANAGE telecom network management system

From the scale perspective, the China Telecom network is the largest one in the world, but there is still some distance from the world class telecom service carriers. So the telecom service providers of China are eager for multi-service network management products. NETMANGE's design and implementation are discussed. And the design and implementation of the data collecting module is discussed. The idea of separation of the data collecting algorithm and data collecting process is presented.
