流域水电梯级开发与环境生态保护的研究进展

摘    要:针对我国水电梯级建设步伐加快、水电群开发与生态环境保护矛盾日益突出、亟待开展相关预测、调控等理论与方法的研究,广泛参阅了梯级水库对河流生态环境影响的相关文献,分析了国内外研究动态,从水利水电工程效益评估、累积效应研究、环境影响与生命健康评价、调控对策研究等四方面对国内外流域水电梯级开发与环境生态保护的研究现状进行了概述.
