摘    要:近些年来,关于肠道微生物对人体健康功能作用的影响已成为研究的热点。越来越多的证据表明,膳食纤维的摄取与肠道微生物的组成和丰富度密切相关;肠道微生物发酵膳食纤维的代谢产物对机体健康有明显促进作用。综述了肠道微生物对不同类型膳食纤维的发酵利用及其代谢产物对健康的影响。

Abstract:In recent years,the influence of intestinal microbes on human health functions has become a research hotspot.More and more evidences indicates that the intake of dietary fiber is closely related to the composition and abundance of intestinal microbes;the metabolites of dietary microbial fermented dietary fiber has a significant effect on human health.We reviewed the fermentation and utilization of different types of dietary fiber by intestinal microbes and their effects on the health of metabolites.
