摘    要:某厂循环流化床锅炉水冷壁管发生爆管。通过对取样水冷壁管进行宏观观察、金相分析、电镜扫描分析、硬度测试得出结论:引起爆管的根本原因是水冷壁管受火侧结垢导致局部形成酸环境,发生氢腐蚀而造成的。最后提出了预防此类事故发生的措施。

Abstract:The explosion was taken place at one of water cooling tubes in 75 t/h CFB boiler in some plant. The failure reasons are been detected by physical inspection combined with metallographic examination, SEM examination, and hardness test. It is scaling on inner surface of the tubes that create partial acid environment resulting in hydrogen corrosion. To prevent similar accident from occurring we put forward some measures at the end of the paper.
