摘    要:针对企业光储系统普遍存在的高用能成本问题,考虑光伏出力、负荷需求以及峰谷分时电价三者于不同时段的相关性对光储容量配置的影响,基于峰谷分时电价和储能荷电状态信息,以光伏出力和负荷实际大小为判断依据确定系统运行策略及容量配置原则。综合各组成部分成本和收益,建立以用能成本最低为目标的容量配置模型。采用遗传算法求解优化问题,得到光储最优配置容量以及优化运行策略。实例验证了模型的有效性,对系统灵敏度的分析表明,未来的光储系统规划还可根据分时电价及储能投资成本变化选择适宜容量的光储组合,具有实际工程价值。

Abstract:Aiming at the capacity allocation and optimal operation of user-side optical storage system, taking enterprise op-tical storage system as the research object, considering the influence of the correlation of photovoltaic output, load demand and peak-valley time-of-use tariff on the capacity allocation of optical storage system in different periods, and synthesizing the cost and benefit of each component, the lowest energy cost is established. Capacity allocation model for target. The genetic algorithm is used to solve the optimization problem, and the optimal al-location capacity and operation strategy of optical storage are obtained. The validity of the model is validated by an example. In addition, the sensitivity analysis of the system shows that the future optical storage system plan-ning can also select the appropriate capacity optical storage combination according to the change of time-sharing price and energy storage investment cost, which has practical engineering value.
